Foundations

Brand new to yoga? This is the class for you! We’ll break down the basic yoga poses and teach you how to do them safely to help you gear up for more advanced classes down the road. Can’t touch your toes or hold a plank pose? No problem. The only requirement to take this class is a willingness to learn and try something new.

Level 1

If you’ve take a yoga class before {or at least watched some videos on YouTube}, know how to do a down dog and a sun salutation, then Level 1 is a good place for you. This class is a Vinyasa class, so you can expect to flow from pose to pose and dig a little deeper into alignment and anatomy. In this class you’ll start to really strengthen and stretch and look at first steps to getting into some more advanced poses.

Level 1/2

You’ve taken a bunch of Level 1 classes, and maybe dabbled in Level 2 but want a little bit more help. In this class you’ll do some more Level 2 type sequences, but with modifications offered for Level 1. It’s a great place to go if you’re in that in-between stage with your practice.

Level 2

Yoga is kinda your thing. Sun salutations are your jam and you know how to flow from downdog to plank to chaturanga. This class moves and you’re ready to move along with it. You’re ready to challenge yourself with arm balances, inversions, and backbends and are pretty serious about advancing your practice through looking at subtle alignment and in-depth anatomy.

Level 3

You’re a very committed student or yoga teacher. These classes often feel more like mini-workshops where you’re taking the time to look at different approaches to a pose, or very specific alignment. Plan to work on some of the crazy looking yoga poses {you know, the ones that only seem possible in your dreams}– you surprise yourself with how much you can do.

Yin Yoga

If you’re looking to slow down and really stretch {oh hey runners!}, this is the class for you. Through long, steady holds of deep stretches you’ll release tension and tightness in your body + bring balance and ease to your mind. You’ll hold each pose from 3-5 minutes {not to worry, you’ll never get higher than your knees} and focus on creating space in your body and your mind. This class will help you move from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore and help you connect to your intuition + enliven your soul.

Breathe & Restore

This class moves into the 4th limb of yoga {there’s 8!}, Pranayama. Pranayama is the regulation of energy through the breath. This class is slow, steady, and deeply restorative. You’ll move through a mix of active restorative + supported restorative poses and experience extension, space, and quietness of the body, breath and mind. This class will help you move from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore to de-stress your body + mind.

Open + Restore

This is a combo of our Level 1/2 and Breathe + Restore. You’ll start with an Vinyasa practice that’s good for all levels, and end with Restorative yoga to help you unwind and relax. It’s the perfect combination.

Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga

This class is for soon-to-be or new mamas. Take time for yourself and connect to your baby during a class that’s the perfect combo of workout and relaxation. Prep your body and breath for the unbelievable day you bring your little miracle into this world. You’ll move through a Vinyasa class designed specifically for women who are pregnant or recently gave birth. You’ll focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, along with opening your whole body in a way that’s totally safe for mom and baby.

BYO-Baby

Strengthen your bond with your baby + bond with other new mamas. This class is interactive and slow-moving for moms and babies 6-weeks to crawling. You’ve been through a lot and this class is here to help reintroduce your body to movement and exercise + strengthen your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Plus, you’ll also practice restorative poses to help you rest up and cope with your new {lack-of} sleep schedule.
